Masters Tour Home PAge

Welcome to the home page of.. The 2008 Links Masters Tour. We have 3 levels of play. Pro, Champ and Elite. We will be mixing in Mod events with Reg events. This will spice things up a bit throughout the year. Starting in 2008 we have also included playing games off-line using the provided LTS files.  Feel free to join at any time, but the sooner you join during a tour, the more chances you have to win money. The more you play the better your chances are to reach the Top 16 Pro or Top 8 Champ and Elite positions. If you reach this you can then play in the year end eliminators match play tourny.  To join the tour go to the Masters Player Center and hit the Join button.  To play in this tournament you will need Links 2003 Version 1.05 and The MOD also know as Version 1.06. No other versions are permitted!

When joining please use REAL NAMES only. We will not use Nicknames on the Leaderboard.

If you don't already have a playing partner in mind, try the Links Masters Meeting and Chat Room.  Also, I strongly recommend everyone join our  Linkstour mail list. This is a great place to get to know all of the players and to find a match. Other ways to find a match is ICQ as a meeting place. If you already know your I.P. address you can connect to any player direct using TCP/IP. 
When you join, you will be issued a start number... which you must use to login to post your scores. Scores are posted via the link on this page.
Leader boards are updated immediately when you post your scores  (except final boards) and you can use these to check your progress. At the end of each meeting... We will issue a Final leader board detailing "prize money" won by each competitor. This is then added to the money leaderboard.
For further details... please read the rules.

At the end of the Tour... the top 16 Pro money winners and the top 8 Champ and Elite winners, will contest an elimination tour. These will be called the Pro Cup, Champ Cup, and Elite Cup. So, the more games you play, the more chance you have of qualifying. It also gives you something else to aim for! Good luck to all of you!
